Low carb pancakes

July 30, 2016

After grinding my own almond flour I decided to make some pancakes this morning.

  • Prep: 5 mins
  • Cook: 10 mins
  • Yields: 2

Ingredients

1/2 cup almond flour

1 egg

1/4 tsp baking powder

2 tsp Splenda (or liquid equiv)

1 tbs melted butter

Pinch of salt

1-3 tbs half and half

Directions

1Mix all ingredients except half and half together.

2Add half and half until you get the right consistency.

3Fry in 1 tbs butter with a little veg or olive oil.

4There won’t be many bubbles like normal pancakes but they do come out pretty fluffy.

5Serve with sugar free maple syrup.
