Simple breakfast today. Bacon, eggs and BBQ beans. I used my bbq black soybeans from yesterday for a nice breakfast this morning. Low carb breakfast – Bacon, Eggs and BBQ beans Egg 3 slices of bacon 1/2 cup BBQ black soybeans Fry bacon till crisp. Fry egg. Heat BBQ beans in bacon grease.
