Quick Lowcarb snack. Pepperoni chips

This is a go to snack for me. You can buy big bags of pepperoni slices (meant for pizza topping) very affordably. All you do is lay them out on a couple paper towels and microwave for 2-3 mins. Watch carefully during the last minute and remove slices that have turned brown.
