Low carb shrimp in garlic butter

It’s a holiday up here on Canada so after sleeping in I didn’t feel like breakfast so I made a quick shrimp snack instead. I had this as a snack but it could me a main with a veggie side and salad.


Shrimp in garlic butter

~1/2 cup precooked shrimp, thawed
1 tbs butter
1 clove garlic, sliced
1 tsp parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Heat a frying pan on high. Add butter and garlic. Before garlic burns (be quick) add the shrimp. Fry for 20-30 sec. Add parsley, salt and pepper. Serve.

You could squeeze a little lemon juice on this too, I didn’t have a lemon today.
