Nachos are one of those snacks many people miss when following a low carb lifestyle.  Well with these soy bean sheets, you no longer have to.  These sheets are available at Asian markets in the refrigerated section.  When fried and seasoned they make a great nacho replacement.

Interesting! What is the total carb count per serving?

    • LowCarbBoy says:

I would say between 10-15g net carbs per serving, depending on how many chips you eat. A little high, but much better than regular nachos.

  2. Wow, I have never heard about using soy bean sheets as chips. It’s a good idea. I will definitely have to try it out. Thanks!

Where do you find the soy sheets? I’ve looked at several grocery stores in my area (West Phoenix) and can’t find them. Do I have to go to a specialty food shop?

    • LowCarbBoy says:

Yeah you need to go to an Asian grocery store. And a pretty big one too. They are not easy to find. But worth the hunt. They are also called fresh bean curd sheets.
