BBQ baked beans

black soybeans are a low carb, high fibre bean that I believe can be part of a low carb diet. Here is my recipe of BBQ beans.


Low carb BBQ beans.

1 can black soybeans
1-2 tbs oil
1 onion, diced
3-4 cloves garlic
1/4 cup low carb BBQ sauce
1/2 ts cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
1 green onion, sliced

Fry onions and garlic for 2-3 minutes. Add beans, BBQ sauce, cumin and salt and pepper. Cook for 5-10 mins. Add sliced green onion. Serve.

I had my beans with an arugula salad and some left over chicken legs (which I added BBQ sauce to)
